Language Arts: Today we continued looking at student work on a given reading target.

HW: None

Math 8: Today we further explored angle sums of quadrilaterals, looking specifically at Special Quadrilaterals (parallelograms & isosceles triangles).

HW: Lesson 13T/13

Algebra: Today we introduce multiplying polynomials (FOIL method), section 9.2 in MDL book. 

HW: 9.2A, odds only, show work!

Social Studies: Today we took TKAM Quiz #1 on chapters 1-5.  We then graded it.  After that was completed, we discussed chapters 6-7.  Students then had time to read chapter 8 or work on their Emancipation Proclamation HW questions.

HW:  Read chapter 8 and complete Emancipation Proclamation HW questions

Science: Today we took notes pertaining to tops (anatomy and physiology), and engineering vocabulary.
