Today we worked on developing our background knowledge in preparation for our next novel, The Call of the Wild. We also reviewed the targets that students would be assessed on through this next unit, which will carry through to the end of Trimester Two.

HW: Complete map, with special attention to the labeling of Alaska. Also, review the key vocabulary words and literary terms connected to this unit; (know the definitions!).
