Language Arts: Today we continued conducting research using printed and internet sources.

Math 8: Today we reviewed lessons 1-5 in Lines and Angles textbook by completing "climbing the ladder" activity

Algebra: Today we practiced using function notation to solve equations and compare graphs

HW: worksheet 4.7 A (odds only)

Social Studies: Today we debriefed the debate and discussed what went well and didn't go well.  We then passed back some papers and looked at the upcoming calendar.

Science: Period 1 - Today we learned vocabulary related to sea floor spreading and continental drift.

Periods 6-8 - Today we watched a demonstration of a convection current and filled out the worksheet.

HW: Finish worksheet if not done in class. This should take no more than 15 minutes.
