Language Arts: Today we completed a journal entry about our research topic and then began searching for printed sources for our topic.

Math 8: Today we had our started our 2nd round of Oaks testing

Algebra: Today we worked in class on lessons 1.6C and 1.7C and answered individual questions on last night's HW.

Social Studies: Today we worked in our large groups to combine information for the debate. Students were given the time schedule for the debate.

Science: Period 1 - Today we looked at convection currents and how they are the driving force for continental drift. We then looked at the pattern of volcanoes on earth, and noticed that most occur at plate boundaries.

Periods 6-8 - Today we finished our earthquake video and looked at various earthquake images.
