Language Arts: Today we continued our "Westward Expansion" research by finding and taking notes from printed sources within our very own Meadow Park Library.

HW: None; Any students who have not finished their Call of the Wild final assessment, need to come in during study hall, before or after school, and/or during lunch to finish it by WEDNESDAY.

Math 8: Today we were in Oaks lab for day two of our 2nd round of Oaks testing

HW: none

Algebra: Today we did a jigsaw on Function Notation Story problems as table groups, worked on practice/review packet in for assessment tomorrow on Function Notation, and handed back quizzes from last week with proficiency marks.

HW: Study review packet and practice Quiz

Social Studies: Today we spent our last day organizing for the debates.  Debates will happen tomorrow between the North and the South.

HW: BE ready with your part!!

Science: Period 1 - Today we learned about the structure of volcanoes and the different types of volcanoes.

HW: None

Periods 6-8 - Today we continued to map earthquakes and volcanoes from around the world. We then analyzed the information and answered question.

HW: Finish if not done in class. This should take no more than 15 minutes.
